15 rising stars have been compiled into a shortlist by the BBC to find the best musical talent in store for our ears in 2010. Little Boots, Adele & Mika have all won in previous years and this year's list includes both Devlin and Giggs for the urban ear. Hopefully that will get them more widespread coverage.
